1. No Refund Policy

All membership fees and service charges are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


2. Service Commitment

We provide access to a platform that enables users to browse profiles, connect, and communicate. We do not guarantee:

  • A successful match or marriage
  • Responses from other users
  • Compatibility between users

3. Duplicate Payment / Technical Errors

In case of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Payment deducted but service not activated

You may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, eligible cases may be refunded or adjusted.


4. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their membership at any time. However:

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
  • You will continue to have access until your plan expires

5. Account Suspension / Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions, no refund will be provided.


6. Exceptional Cases

Any refund requests outside the above conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Connected by Grace.
